Stripping, Waxing, and Sealing Explained
We begin by applying a professional-grade stripping solution to dissolve old wax, dirt, and buildup. This exposes the raw tile, ensuring a perfectly clean foundation.
Using an industrial floor scrubber, we agitate the surface to lift stubborn grime. The floor is then rinsed and neutralized to ensure no chemical residue remains.
We apply multiple coats of high-solids floor finish. Each layer is applied evenly and allowed to dry completely, building a strong base for durability.
Depending on the finish selected, we may high-speed buff the floors to harden the wax and bring out a "wet look" gloss that brightens your facility.
The result is a fully sealed, slip-resistant surface that repels stains and scuff marks, making daily maintenance easier and extending floor life.
